CREATE DEBUTS ITS FIRST HOSTED MARATHON
"A DAY WITH LIDIA" ON OCTOBER 7

Boston, Mass. (September 25, 2006) Create will debut its first hosted marathon, "A Day with Lidia" on October 7. Every month, Create features specialized themed marathons to satisfy the interests of cooking, travel, home improvement, gardening and crafts enthusiasts everywhere. But on October 7, fans will be in for a real treat as one of public televisions most popular chefs, Lidia Bastianich, introduces episodes from her latest series, Lidia's Family Table.
In between each episode, join Lidia in her famous kitchen as she takes you on the next journey of her favorite family-style recipes. Meet members of the Bastianich family as they join her to share easy to follow instructions for rich succulent dishes your family will enjoy! Watch as Lidia makes gnocchi with her grandchildren, a seafood feast with son Joe, vegetable and meat stews with daughter Tanya and a traditional family recipe with her mother, "Noni" Erminia – who enjoys picking fresh ingredients from the garden. See how the table is a place to experience and grow together.
