Description
LIDIA'S ITALY celebrates the land and cuisine Lidia Matticchio Bastianich knows so well. In the fourth season of this Emmy-nominated and James Beard award-winning series, the beloved chef journeys to the island of Sardinia, southern Calabria, Abruzzo and the Italian Riviera (known as Liguria). Back in her kitchen, Lidia — frequently joined by family, friends and guest chefs — re-creates the simple and delicious dishes seen during her travels.
