The Celtic Tenors, Ireland's most successful crossover artists, meld together elements of classical, folk and pop, with each tenor expressing a distinct musical style influenced by their individual regions of Ireland. Their special, THE CELTIC TENORS: NO BOUNDARIES, features the group's eclectic mix of Irish traditional music ("I'll Tell Me Ma" and "Finnegan's Wake"), popular American standards (Stephen C. Foster's "Hard Times Come Again No More"), and renditions of contemporary Irish songs, including "The Town I Loved So Well," Jimmy McCarthy's "The Mad Lady & Me" and the poignant ballad, "Remember." The intimate performance overflows with vitality and variety from start to finish. The unique voices, charm and wit of James Nelson, Matthew Gilsenan and Daryl Simpson, combined with the talent of musical director Colm Henry, make for an emotive musical journey and an uplifting concert experience.
