Description
David Gilmour, guitarist and vocalist for Pink Floyd, brings his singular brand of music to London's Royal Albert Hall for a spectacular visual and aural television experience. Recorded in December 2006, DAVID GILMOUR – LIVE AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL: REMEMBER THAT NIGHT features early Pink Floyd material in addition to songs from Gilmour's most recent CD, "On An Island." His band is augmented by David Crosby and Graham Nash who contribute backing vocals, with a special appearance by David Bowie. Songs performed include: "On an Island," "This Heaven," "Fat Old Sun," "Arnold Layne," "Shine on You Crazy Diamond," and "Wish You Were Here."
