Description
INNOVATE: ENGINEERING CHANGE follows an envelope-pushing team of scientists and engineers committed to developing a new form of renewable energy that harnesses the power of moving water. Combining elements of reality and documentary-style filmmaking, the documentary affords viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the challenges, stresses and successes experienced by team of energy innovators as they install a new water turbines in New York City’s East River.
