Description
Around the world, women of all ages, body types and fitness levels are rediscovering their sensuality, power and interest in physical fitness through the ancient art of bellydance. In BELLYDANCE FITNESS FUSION YOGA, instructor Suhaila Salimpour combines bellydancing and yoga to shape and tone the body, increase energy and flexibility, and promote overall strength. During the special, Salimpour incorporates the basic elements of yoga and bellydancing into a series of highly effective and challenging routines targeting the arms, thighs, buttocks and abdomen.
