Description
Grammy Award-winning super star vocalist and pianist Diana Krall was the opening night headliner of the 25th Anniversary of the Montreal Jazz Festival on June 29, 2004. Performing before 15,000 appreciative fans, Krall revealed a
new direction in her songwriting reflecting pop as well as jazz. Many of the featured songs are from her CD The Girl in the Other Room and were co-written with her husband, singer/songwriter Elvis Costello.
Krall is backed by her stellar band of Anthony Wilson on guitar, Peter Erskine on drums and Robert Hurst on bass.
